The museum has a large parking lot right at the main entrance. Parking is free within the museum’s opening hours. Please note that the car park is locked outside the museum’s opening hours. If you wish to take a walk in the park after the museum closes, please park your car in the angled parking spaces outside the main parking lot to avoid having your car locked inside the museum car park. The parking lot can be unlocked against a fee of DKK 500.
Accessibilty for all is a key concern for Trapholt. The museum is a member of the God Adgang (Good Access) scheme and has been awarded the official accessibility badge.
Companion card and assistant dog
By presenting a companion card, you can have a companion accompany you on your museum visit.
You are allowed to bring your service dog with you at the museum. Other dogs are not allowed in the museum, but you are of course welcome to go for a walk with your dog in the park.

Trapholt has a public access defibrillator, located by the ticket counter. Trapholt’s staff are trained in its proper use.
